🔄 Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of payment.

💳 Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom-made products or special-order items.

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or poor handling.

• Manual payment errors (e.g., incorrect Mobile Money number).

📬 How to Request a Refund

1. Email detraenergy@gmail.com with:

   • Your full name

   • Order number

   • Product name

   • Reason for refund

   • Clear photos (if item is damaged)

2. Our support team will assess your case within 2–3 business days.

3. Approved refunds are processed via Mobile Money or original payment method within 7 working days.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival.
